Whether you are just playing for fun, or playing esports for a profession, is your gaming pointless? Well, of course it is, in context, but that really isn’t all that bad. Over on his youtube channel, veteran esports journalist Thorin has a great video on this view from other media outlets, like espn. What these outside sources forget is that streamers and pros are making real money. Then again, that is not being applied properly, but Thorin does a great job talking about all of this. In the end, if you enjoy it, I don’t see it as a waste, but if you want to really see this argument fleshed out, head over to the next page and see what Thorin has to say. I can tell you for sure it won’t be a waste of your time.
