Over on the dailydot.com, we have gotten word that Origen owner and mid laner Xpeke is stepping down, and he will be missed.  Xpeke has been a major figure in League of Legends since Season 1, when he and Fnatic won the first World Championship.  Throughout his career, Xpeke has played near the highest level, and while he never got to finals again, his teams were always close to getting there.  Josh Raven has the story on who will try and fill in for this Legend:

Enrique “Xpeke” Cedeño Martínez has stepped down, with his vacant mid lane position likely to be filled by Tristan “PowerOfEvil” Schrage, who left fellow LCS outfit Unicorns of Love earlier this week.

The Daily Dot first reported on Martínez’s plans to retire once the 2015 season ended on July 4—a report that the player later denied. Sources close to the team, however, say he’s decided to take a step back to focus on running his LCS organization, Origen.

Origen will compete at IEM San Jose in just under two weeks, where Schrage is set to make his debut for the team. They’ll join Fnatic, Team SoloMid, Counter Logic Gaming, Jin Air Green Wings, and LGD Gaming at the SAP Centre to battle it out for a slice of the $150,000 prize pool.

PowerOfEvil showed up big last year at IEM San Jose, carrying Unicorns of Love to the finals, where they lost to Cloud 9.  We will wait for an official word, and until then, check out more about this move over in the full article here.
