Big name teams like Cloud9 run contests and promotions all the time, and sometimes, winners and fans get lost in the shuffle. In this case, Redditor Jarichpatco fell into the shuffle and never received a piece of equipment, and that didn’t stand well with Cloud9. Instead of brushing off Jarichpatco, Cloud9 did the most to make it right, especially CS:GO manager Tres Saranthus!
